Kaylyn and Travis

​

This husband and wife team are the proud owners of Acadiana Princess Parties since 2023. Kaylyn was the original princess and face painter when our company started in 2013. She retired from princess visits after marrying her husband, Travis, in 2019 and moving to Alaska while he was active duty in the army. After Travis's retirement from the army in the summer of 2022, the couple knew that they were ready to move their family of 7 back home to Louisiana.

Together they bring over 20 years of management experience to the company and are excited to expand the company's services.

Outdoor Events and Weather:
If you are hosting your party outdoors, be sure to have an alternative location in case weather conditions turn bad. Please make sure the outdoor area is clean and shaded. The location must be free of dirt, mud, rain, and wind. Our Characters are wearing high-end costumes and wigs that cannot risk being stained, damaged, or wind-blown. The performer reserves the right to leave the location if they are being subjected to rain or wind that is damaging to her costume or wig. On sunny days, please provide a shaded/covered area for the performer. Due to the very hot summers in Louisiana, our masked characters will not be able to attend outdoor parties until the evening hours/may be required to be indoors.

Punctuality:
Our performers allow and extra 15 minutes to get to your event, to allow for unforeseen circumstances. Please let us know if there are any known delays getting to your location-high traffic area, etc. If you are hosting your party at a public venue or park, please provide a meeting place for the performer and be available by phone the day of the party, to avoid tardiness. If parking is by payment only, you must provided a paid parking spot/pass for the performer(s)

Performer Requests:
We reserve the right to change performers/cast members due to emergency circumstances or illness. We will happily replace your performer with another trained professional.

Cancellation Policy:
Once we receive your Booking Fee, we will reserve your desired time and date for you on the performer's schedule. Once you have booked with us, you will have 24 hours to cancel to receive a full refund on your booking fee or we will gladly work with you to find an alternative party date for your consideration, based on availability. If you cancel our services after 24 hours, your entire Booking Fee is non-Refundable. Booking Fees may not be transferred between families. Rescheduling will be based on performer availability and may incur an additional fee.

Performer’s Safety:
Acadiana Princess Parties reserves the right to cancel/leave an event or party due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, derogatory language, or obscenities. If a performer does leave your event/party due to a safety issue, your party will not be refundable. 

Copyright:
Our intention is not to violate any copyright laws. the characters we portray are generic, fairytale characters. Each princess or character is unique in costuming patters, design, and fabrics. We call them by their fairytale names, that originated long before they were put into cartoon movies. Acadiana Princess Parties does not provide characters from copyrighted sources. Any resemblance to copyrighted characters is not by design.
